Upon entering the shop, I noticed the base choices were limited—just vanilla, chocolate, and vanilla-chocolate custard, along with some frozen yogurt. However, the variety of smoothies, sundaes, and other treats was impressive! One friend chose the classic vanilla-chocolate twist cone, while the other opted for a hot fudge sundae with vanilla custard and a cherry on top. I decided to be a bit healthier and went for the Creamsicle smoothie, a delightful mix of vanilla custard, orange juice, and fresh orange bits. It truly tasted just like a Creamsicle! The food scene in Millerton has surprisingly improved in recent years, and Barlow Farm offers a fantastic dessert option for the local community.

The best frozen custard you can find anywhere! Their smoothies are amazing as well! It's the highlight of summer in Dutchess County!
