Buffalo Wild Wings - Miller Place

Today my boyfriend and I went into Buffalo Wild Wings both being over the age of 21 we ordered drinks my boyfriend is just recently moving back to New York after being in Florida for two years so now he has a Florida ID. The waitress asked to see our IDs and left the table comes back and proceeded to ask for his ID saying because he was from out of state she needed to show the managers his ID fine handed it right over we have a puppy who recent got into the boyfriend wallet so his ID is dented but 100% percent readable and scannable he also has other form of identification showing he is a resident of Florida the manager comes over to say she couldn't accept his ID first because of the dent then says she couldn't accept it because some of the staff went to High school with him considering It been four years since he has been out of high school it's impossible that he had moved out of the state of New York I'm glad to see these Buffalo Wild Wings worker know our lives completely unprofessional needless to say we will not be coming back

Not shocking they have two stars it's one too many messed up an order yet again manager said bring it back for a refund drove all the way back and he changed his mind , i shouldn't have sent my wife , it's not first time but this time they chose to rob my 62.00 , it's ok karma is a ****

That was a pretty good experience! to a lunch in direction approx. 3:00 a.m. it went in, and was quick to sit and the server I had was super nice and made sure everything came out quickly, and pretty fast. nothing crazy about eating. we had all buffalo wild wings, so I will not speak primarily on eating, but above all the service was super beautiful, and the atmosphere was as expected: the only thing I can say about this place is that it seemed just more dead? No one seemed really happy to be there.

This restaurant appears to be Buffalo Wild Wings under a different name just to boost profits. The Single Burger I ordered was dry, and they mistakenly used mayo instead of the bacon aioli I requested. The French fries and potato wedges were decent, but they were the only edible items in my order. Do yourself a favor and choose a proper burger place instead.

The third time's the charm, but unfortunately, that wasn't the case here. They seem to misunderstand all my orders. It’s disappointing because I was really hoping they'd get it right. From now on, I'm getting my wings from another place. This restaurant clearly lacks effective operations and customer service skills.
