Well I should have known. I am giving a 2 Star from a 5 star 3 days ago. Today the service and food was horrible. The chicken and red beans and rice were just barely warm. While I chose to eat the chicken I asked for another red beans and rice. (It was done but you could tell it was a bother). I also up charged the reg biscuits to the strawberry ones and yup. I got the reg in my box. It again came across as an imposition to fix it. What is going on Popeyes? I had high hopes that things were changing. Maybe a management issue people that just don’t care. I am impressed with the new management. My food was hot, fresh and correct after I placed my order. The staff were friendly and the place clean. I will be back. Went here on 15th of September order a 3 piece and a shrimp combo , they gave me the shrimp in a small cup and the chicken was cold and had feathers still on it. And on top of that the little toothless cook cause out and pull a knife wth is going on with Popeyes talking about get out of his Popeyes lol it’s sad that you have these ppl like this working at you establishment I’m done with Popeyes to hood for me Service: Take out Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $20–30 Recommended dishes: Fried Chicken
