Some of these reviews are accurate, you will be waiting a while for your food. However, the staff -Cerria(? in particular, is doing an amazing job. The chicken and fries taste FRESH, and the customer service is the best I’ve experienced at a fast food place. Please be patient with the staff here, the quality of their work ethic is unmatched. Made an online order for chicken, two large mac and cheese sides, two large mash potato sides and one large cole slaw. Went to pick it up 30 mins later. Wasnt ready when I arrived, then i was told that they were out of cole slaw. I asked to substitute the cole slaw for a third mac and cheese and was told that they were out of mac and cheese and only had enough for the two larges. Told the cashier to just give us what...
