Great Wall Chinese - Feedback

What Erica Saulsbury doesn't like about Great Wall Chinese:
I was in the chair at the local restaurant, patiently, waiting for my food, when one of my peers pointed out a massive roach crawling up the chair I was sitting in, and previously I was on the phone with the company and he hung up in the middle of the conversation while I was speaking, the food was great but terrible customer service and the restaurant overall is unpleasant. I usually get get their wings but I decided to try something different. This is the best fried dumplings and shrimp lo mein I ever had. I also like that they take the orders at a window in the door now because I personally don't want to be in a crowd with the coronavirus going on. View all feedback.
