What Cecelia Stewart doesn't like about Domino's Pizza:
The tracker does not give the correct information. I ordered at 7:37 and the tracker said the pizza was delivered at 7:55, but it wasn 't delivered. I called the store at 8:17 and they said the driver was pulling up. It was delivered at 8:30. I live2 miles from the store. The pizza was WONDERFUL!!! View all feedback.
Call Aresnio. He was very nice, polite, helped me with a great order. A real pleasure to speak on the phone. When I came to Domnio's to puck my order, I was greeted with great smiles! He even offered to execute my order for me!! I will definitely be back!! GREAT KUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
We got the 2 pizze, 2 liters, 16 parmesan bits and the 8 pieces cinnamon bite special. It was very good.
So I called and tried to see if they still sold the bread bowls with the pasta and they said no. I was a little disappointed, but I went ahead and made an online order for some pizza because I love the pizza too. When I got there to pick up my order, the man I believe may have been a manager, had given me an order of just the plain pasta because he realized it was me who called before hand and asked for the pasta. He said he did it because he knew I was wanting it. I have never had someone give me such an amazing customer service experience like that. It kinda made my day!
Domino's has really changed since the last time I was there (at least 3 years) but they were on point fast with my order and very friendly when I came there and of course the pizza was delicious!
