I love DD. I do not love this one. Every time I go there the order is wrong. Literally every time. Either they forget something from my order or the coffee just Tastes like garbage. Today was the last day I am going to This one. They ran out of iced coffee gave me the bottom of the pot. Didn 't mix the coffee and it didn 't taste like coconut. I brought it back inside (I went thru drive thru). They were all flustered and didn 't know what to do. Someone was brewing the iced coffee so I was waiting. I watched them put the coconut in take the coffee to the back. Brought it back and still wasn 't mixed and still tasted like garbage. I had to throw it out a second time. They are incompetent and don 't really Care about customer service.
Ordered through the app for a caramel mocha iced coffee and two orders of the bacon and cheese roll ups. I got there and my coffee did not have whipped cream on it which is how I ordered it. No big deal though, easy fix. I get my corrected order and leave just to then take a sip of my coffee and it tasted horrible. It was burnt for starters and it tasted nothing like an iced latte. The second problem I had was that I only received one order of the bacon and cheese roll ups. I paid for two. I would have gone back to complain but the line to get into the parking lot was almost a mile down the road. Will definitely not be visiting this location EVER again.
I’m a regular at Dunkin' back home, and after a late-night wedding, I needed a coffee after my early morning workout. I ordered my usual medium coffee with two mocha swirls. Unfortunately, the coffee was burnt, and I could barely taste any mocha swirl—I have a feeling they might not have added it at all. You’d be better off driving to a different Dunkin' or just heading across the street to Burger King for your coffee. Yes, I went there! IG: Feastcoastoffense
This is the third consecutive time that the Dunkin' on Meriden Waterbury Rd near AMC theaters has messed up my order. It feels very disorganized, and merging the order-ahead system with the drive-thru is quite inefficient. I ordered four beverages, but they didn’t provide any drink carriers and instead offered me a bag! On my third visit, I should have checked my order, but why should I have to?
Ordered vanilla Chai and Hazelnut coffee with milk and sugar coffee tasted like it was diluted 5 times and ease burnt flavor with no hazelnut. Chai tasted like plain coffee, didn’t even taste like tea. Mind you we waited over 12 minutes for them to make it. We don’t live by and $8.88 was total waste of money.
