First time customer, product arrived exactly as advertised. Purchased some shoes that were in brand new condition, clearly never worn. Great prices, and super fast shipping times. Will be a returning customer. View all feedback.
What outof context doesn't like about Lone Pine Gear Exchange:
It’s a great shop and super nice and knowledgeable staff, but my only complain is that you have to pay 50 whole bucks for a remount after you buy skis that come with bindings, it should be complimentary. View all feedback.
I didn’t go to the store in person but I ordered online and had a great experience! I bought used 2024 Nordica Santa Ana 98 skis with bindings already mounted for only $519. Free shipping and skis arrived quickly and in excellent condition. So excited to use these this winter!

I'm very pleased with the snowboard from Lone Pine Gear, but extremely disappointed with the bindings, which broke after just two hours of use. Despite reaching out for help, the customer service was unhelpful, denying my refund request for the faulty bindings. It seems they don't care about issues once the product is shipped.
This place is so great. We have family who live in another state that come often during ski season each year. Getting rentals can get expensive year after year and we’re so thankful for a place like Lone Pine. They’ve helped us pick out consigned skis, jacket, bibs and boots for my niece, new snowboard and boots for my nephew, a spare pair of skis for other guests and a new pair of skis and boots for my brother. Everything and anything you want or need for the snow you can find here and they have great staff to help you find just the right stuff! You can’t go wrong with Lone Pine.
I showed up with a tent fly that I 'd like to get revived from nearly 20 years of use. The repair person wasn 't in but there were two guys at the counter across the way. First dude just wanted to get rid of me saying we don 't have space for your tent fly and our repair person is super busy . After this guy tried to shut me down, second dude stepped in an was more helpful. He pointed me to the website where I could schedule my gear repair service. I poked around on the racks for a bit before leaving, and wasn 't impressed. This was my first time in the shop, and likely my last.
