Our experience at Underway in Kelly Square was quite disappointing. My wife ordered something she wasn’t satisfied with, and when she asked for it to be remade, they refused. Frustrated, she tried to contact their corporate office for assistance but couldn’t find the number, so she reached out to Millbury Metro for help. Not only did they assist her in finding the contact information, but they also went above and beyond by offering to make her sandwich free of charge!
