This is, in my opinion, the finest restaurant I have ever had the pleasure of reviewing. I have visited twice, and each experience was nothing short of enchanting. The service is exceptional and highly professional. I especially loved the grilled calamari and lamb youvetsi. I wholeheartedly recommend this restaurant to anyone seeking a superb fine dining experience.
I have had better experiences. The manager's demeanor was quite lacking. Upon entering the restaurant, I noticed it wasn't very busy. I mentioned that I had called the day before to make a reservation, but the manager abruptly told me my name was not on the list without even asking for it. After I provided my name and reservation time, he made a rude remark about me being one minute early. When I asked if he wanted me to wait, he continued to show his poor attitude. This same unprofessionalism was evident during my phone call to make the reservation. If you're unhappy with your job, please don’t take it out on the customers who support your establishment.
