Disorganized. I ordered through the drivethru was told to pull ahead. After waiting ten minutes a girl brought the food. I informed her that she forgot my drink. She didn't come back. I had to go in to get it. I got back to work and realized that a whole meal was missing. While waiting for that meal 3 other pple were waiting for their order to be fixed.
