Sometimes I feel rushed... read more I enjoy going to Zaxby because I absolutely love their fries! However, my ordering experience can vary based on who is taking my order. Sometimes I feel rushed and have to repeat my order multiple times, while other times the drive-thru experience is smooth and easy. Overall, you can't beat the quality, quantity, presentation, and delicious taste! Just a heads up: they don’t automatically include sauce with meals, so make sure to ask for it if you want it.

Initially, I didn't recei... read more The food is consistently good, and I really appreciate the way it's presented. However, I was a bit disappointed during my last visit. Initially, I didn't receive the order I had placed, then there was a price increase, and the portion size was smaller than what I had received in the past. I understand that prices are rising everywhere, but not providing value for the increase is unacceptable. If the prices go up, the portion sizes should also be adjusted accordingly. It shouldn’t feel like a loss for the customer.

Even though there were many employees, the service was still slow. I think it would be great if Chick-fil-A opened a restaurant nearby to provide some competition. To make matters worse, my order was completely incorrect.

Both dishes were outstanding! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. I ordered through the drive-thru and was instructed to pull ahead. After waiting ten minutes, a girl brought out my food, but I noticed she forgot my drink. She didn't return, so I had to go inside to get it myself. Once I got back to work, I realized a whole meal was missing. While I was waiting for that order, three other people were also waiting for their orders to be corrected. Additionally, I saw an employee preparing his food on the front counter without wearing gloves. I can't help but wonder if he does that in the back kitchen as well. Lastly, the parking situation is absolutely terrible.
