Both dishes were outstanding! The food was delicious, and the service was excellent. Disorganized experience. I ordered through the drive-thru and was instructed to pull ahead. After waiting ten minutes, a girl brought out my food, but I noticed she forgot my drink. She didn't return, so I had to go inside to get it myself. Once I got back to work, I realized a whole meal was missing. While I was waiting for that order, three other people were also waiting for their orders to be corrected. Additionally, I saw an employee preparing his food on the front counter without wearing gloves. I can't help but wonder if he does that in the back kitchen as well. Lastly, the parking situation is absolutely terrible.
Tried the new philly chicken sandwich. It was good, but we requested it fresh and had to send back to be remade because they didn't drop it fresh. This is a really good sandwich, but it has to be fresh. The cashier didn't put it on the ticket even though I asked to make it fresh, so I can't blame the kitchen for that. The loaded fries are great also, but you have to get it fresh with extra seasoning. Food is expensive these days so you want what you pay for to be to your liking. I'm sure even these workers want freshly made food when they eat from this and other establishments.
