She acted as if she didn't want to get our drin... read more Worst experience at a waffle house. Makalay on 3rd shift was so rude. -She had a awful heavy smell of marijuana. She acted as if she didn't want to get our drinks to start with. When we got our drinks (15 minutes later) the cups were dirty, the coffee was cold, and on top of everything; she started taking peoples orders that were standing in line well after we sat down. When I told her we was ready to order she says I KNOW). Coming from a line of waffle house this had ruined me for this store. Very poor choice of words and lack of character.

Friendly staff most the time. They are understaffed like everyone else so I still gave 5 stars instead of 4...just be patient and prepared to wait sometimes. read more Friendly staff most the time. When the server told the other customer to leave for yelling in her face the customer then demanded to speak to the manager. Instead for the managerkicking the irate customer out they apologized and let the customer continue to receive service. We will not be going back dueto the manager not standing up for the employee.
