If you live in Millbrook, it’s worth taking the extra few minutes to drive to Prattville for better service and food that meets your expectations. Choosing to eat at the Millbrook location feels like throwing your money away, and you will likely leave feeling frustrated. The employees seem to lack essential customer service skills, and while everyone can have a bad day, the recurring issues over several months point to a deeper problem with the management. Staff members make customers feel like they are inconveniencing them simply by entering the restaurant.

Me and the wife went in for some lunch Big MIstake a guy came from outside to tell us somebody take our order soon then he returned back outside to talk on his... read more Me and the wife went in for some lunch Big MIstake a guy came from outside to tell us somebody take our order soon then he returned back outside to talk on his cell phone meanwhile we stood there over 15 min while the other lady just walked by us and said nothing i ask her finally hey mam is someone gonna take our order she said they were busy in back doing somthing and she didnt have a register key to order and got real nasty with me and the wife have never seen a taco bell this awefull in my life we left went to pville location and was greeted with a smile and had our food in minutes THE MANAGEMENT HERE IS HORRIFIC will never return here
