What Carmen Griffin dislikes about Sonic Drive-in:
The staff outside were chatting with their friends while it was incredibly busy. I waited 30 minutes just to get one drink, and I even saw one of the employees giving the finger to a coworker right in front of customers. The whole establishment seems like it needs a complete overhaul. Honestly, this is probably the worst fast food place in town. I cannot recommend this Sonic at all—just drive to the one in Millbrook... View all feedback.

Food was horrible and so was the service. I did not open any of the food until I got home over 20 minutes away. Burnt and very small pieces of bacon and eggs on our toasters. We eat these fairly often from Eastchase and have never had a bad sandwich there. The Millbrook location has horrible food and employees.

They really need to clean it up and paint and work on the building. I only go for icecream.

Had a really bad experience at Prattville Sonic so I blow past that one now and come here when I want Sonic! Worth the extra few miles!
