I always have a wonderful experience at Hibachi Express. I wish I could visit more frequently, haha. I'm a huge fan, and my family loves it too! In addition to the delicious food, I actually met the owners at a car rental shop before they even opened. So about 2 weeks ago, I ordered 3 plates. 1 had a BUG in it, so I decided to call back up there and let them know what happened. They were very polite about the issue and said they would replace the plate. Fast forward to me coming to get my free plate andit was a problem with me swapping my plates (which are the same price). Needless to say they just lost a customer!!! I mean ifmy customer found a bug in their plate... View all feedback.

This place is truly underrated. It offers a delicious takeout option that operates very efficiently. My food is always ready in under 20 minutes. The prices are reasonable, the staff is friendly, and the food is fantastic. It's a great Americanized hibachi experience!

Millbrooks is a true "hidden gem"! My whole family enjoys their steak and chicken hibachi. The yum yum sauce is simply amazing. They also serve the best hibachi tofu, which unfortunately can't be delivered at the moment. However, it's definitely worth stopping by to pick it up!

I wish I could give no star!! This location has the rudest, most unprofessional employees. I called to place an order. I ask them to not deep fry my Yum Yum roll. The young lady said that they couldn?t do that. I told her that that is the way I haveordered it the last three times with no issue. She said that they have changed their policy and couldn?t do it. I asked to speakto the owner/manager and was told that he wasn?t there and then she hung up on me! I called back to ask once again to speak tothe owner and was hung up on a second time. I called the Montgomery store and the young lady I spoke to was very nice andprofessional. She said that the owner was at that store and that they could do it without being fried and would inform theowner. She said she would have him call me. We will see. Until I get that call, I won?t spend another dime at that place!!Customer service is gone!!
