Cornishpod - Millbrook

There were only 14 pasties available for lunch for employees and students working outside. Thankfully, there were options for all dietary needs, including gluten-free. I tried the halloumi, the pepper, and the leek pasties, and they were fantastic! The students said they were the best pasties of all time, giving them a perfect 10/10 and "absolutely delicious!" They definitely plan to get them again every chance they get.

Today at the office, we tried a new Cornish pod fajita pasty. (We intended to take a photo, but it was so good that we devoured it all!) This pasty featured a fajita wrap filled with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheese, and vegetables. We absolutely loved it! It offered all the joy of a traditional pasty but with fewer calories. I highly recommend it; there are endless possibilities for fillings. I can't wait for more creations from Louise!

This is the best gluten-free pastry I've ever had, and I'm thinking about asking Lou to make some family-sized cakes for me. We had steak this evening, and it was wonderful. The gluten-free torte was the best I've ever tasted. Thank you! Lou is even more excited about the two other cakes now. xx

The best pasty I ever had. love the variety of different fillings. all that I recommend to go there, come back and say it is the best pasty they ever had. 5 stars

So today I treated my family to the best pasties they've ever eaten! Totally blown away when Louise took me out of the bakery and pointed to the fields where they get all their produce from too! I really can't recommend these enough.
