Thankfully, there were options for all dietary needs, including gluten-free. I tried the halloumi, the pepper, and the leek pasties, and they were fantastic! The students said they were the best pasties of all time, giving them a perfect 10/10 and "absolutely delicious!" They definitely plan to get them again every chance they get.

This pasty featured a f... read more Today at the office, we tried a new Cornish pod fajita pasty. (We intended to take a photo, but it was so good that we devoured it all!) This pasty featured a fajita wrap filled with pulled pork, BBQ sauce, cheese, and vegetables. We absolutely loved it! It offered all the joy of a traditional pasty but with fewer calories. I highly recommend it; there are endless possibilities for fillings. I can't wait for more creations from Louise!

We had steak this evening, and it was wonderful. The gluten-free torte was the best I've ever tasted. Thank you! Lou is even more excited about the two other cakes now. xx
