We went to this restaurant on a local recommendation. It was a rainy day so we went inside for lunch. The restaurant was pleasant and the service was very quick even though the place was very busy. The food was the real disappointment. I ordered a casserole of salmon and vegetable. The salmon was ok but the vegetable were not fresh. A very good restaurant in the city center of Millau. I went to the family, the adjoining little street is very quiet, perfect for the children who have a little bit of the carrot. For meals, very good products, quite noble, good wines. The high price is consistent with the quality of service, products and cuisine.
