This place had probably the best local dishes in Millau. Make no mistake, this is not a fancy place but just a little local bar. The lady of the house is the cook and everything is homemade. They only have a few dishes. The menu is the plat du jour which changes everyday of the week so you have to ask what the plat du jour is for the day.
