Italia Pizza - Mill Park

I'm not a big pizza eater so haven't been in little while but the pizza here is delicious.

Disgusting service and rude. I was told my pizza was ready when I called about a cancelled item on ubereats, they kept my pizza sitting there for an hour when I got the order it was soaked with oil and stone cold. Just awful all round. Dog was happy! If you are aware that 'uber takes an hour to assign a driver ', why leave the pizza to go stale?! Sorry the fault is yours, not uber!

It's not possible to give zero stars, but restaurant happily took my money and cancel the order. Was looking forward to trying a new and different pizza than the usual and an immediate let down

Pizza arrived via Uber Eats, it was cold we live 5 mins from the shop!)ordered it for 6-6,30 arrived at 6.10 and it’s was cold, it was obviously made up up well before it was picked up , called Italia Pizza, fobbed off not their fault it’s Ubers, even though they have to use them, it’s not Italian Pizza’s fault, cop out blaming Uber Eats and never again will I or anyone of my family friends who order from Italia will purchase an item again, no way it can be cold when it was picked up by driver at 6.05 arrived at 6.10 and it was cold.

Definitely the worst pizza place in the area. I have ordered from here a few times and last night I ordered pasta, which seemed to be week-old microwaved leftovers with hardly any sauce. Couldn't taste much anyway, so it didn't really make a difference. Save your money and time and try a different place. When I called to complain, they acted like they had no clue what I was talking about. Overall rating: Food - 1, Service - 1, Atmosphere - 1.
