I was very disappointed with the drive-thru experience. I stopped to check my order and was told it was correct, only to get home and find out a patty was missing. I contacted the store, and the manager, Ash, quickly checked the order and provided a voucher to replace the missing item. Ash's fast and efficient service was outstanding. Thank you for your empathy, understanding, and quick resolution.

The bathroom was clean and the staff were very friendly. I ordered at the register and used an in-app voucher for an item, and the staff knew exactly how to redeem it. All of the items were fresh and tasted delicious.

This is my regular restaurant and I visit them frequently. The management has changed and so has the customer service. I usually only order a yen boy, but today I decided to try a shake and for the first time, a whopper caught my eye. When it arrived, it was in a box that had clearly seen better days. There were grease marks everywhere, making it seem like the box had been used before. I mentioned this to the manager and he claimed that it was not used, but that sometimes the boxes get messy if they are left out too long. Unfortunately, I did not take a photo. The box was covered in grease and as I told the manager, it is not acceptable for food to be served in a dirty container.

That is my local and favorite. yesterday visited, was disappointed that I could not eat inside, as restrictions were lifted. decided to eat outside. there were only some tables and chairs. all were disgusting, maybe they were asleep, but they have taken a good scrub down especially during a pandemic. decided to eat in the car. they were also very slow, it was an animated time, but that does not excuse enough personal. actually this is nothing new, even before the pandemic they are extremely slow.

Only bought on the road with my family now 3 children's dishes (nuggets, cheese and speck angus burger and a grilled chicken bacon cheeseburger. all 3 children are missing the “toys” so 3 angry children. my angus burger looked like a horror movie and covered 1st bun 2nd fleischpatty. 3. slice of cheese. 4. one piece pickle, a thin speer of ketchup and nothing else. the chicken burger of my wife was even worse than the same love for detail (i.e. none and 1/2 the size. Up to 45 dollars are mostly wasted.
