The ambiance is more of a local coffee shop than a restaurant although it has a full dinner menu. The food was tasty and enjoyable.
Menu was average, but quiet a few dishes even wine tehy did not have. The toast with aubergine and anchoves was blant with uncooked aubergine and a grain of anchoves. Ravioli was either overcooked or not freshly cooked, although the toppings and sauce was generous. Mock lamb chops, that were recomended by waitress, who is not vegan, were exceptionally delicious. I would recomend this palce only for this particular dish.
I went here with a friend on a Thursday evening, the waitresses were friendly and polite but my food was really poor. I ordered chicken kebabs, the chicken was completely dry and inedible and the bulgar wheat and tzatziki were just slopped on the plate. The tzatziki was the only nice thing on the plate. The sofa seats we sat on weren’t comfortable and clearly need replacing or fixing. It’s a shame as the menu looks great.
Me and my friends walked in planning on asking for free food. The staff were so nice and lovleg. We ordered food . They then came out and gave us free food. Would rate hogher if i could. Llve this plave. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 5 Meal type: Brunch Price per person: £10–20
