I usually go here because it's so close to home and work. I only experienced a bad customer service that I wrote to the company. Other than that, I use the mobile app and my order is ready until I enter the window. I've read some reviews about long lines here, but honestly, it's so fast. This is one of my favorite starucks. The staff is super nice and usually asks you how you do it. They're pretty efficient, but they got my drink wrong at least...

Just a normal starbuck. But if it is. In a grocery store they are not used by Starbucks but by the grocery store.
