Starbucks - Mill Creek

Located inside Safeway. Service is great. Staffs are just awesome. Coffees are made to perfection. Lots of seating to sit and enjoy the drink. Used to meet friends here. Sometimes it becomes a busy place with long line. Then App order is the best option!

This times food was burnt and when asked to redo it, they said they can’t cause the temp and timer was set. Won’t get the burrito again.

Went to the Starbucks inside Safeway. It was my grandson's 1st day of school and wanted to celebrate. The barista was such a pleasure! Wanted to make sure we had a good experience. Asked specific questions on info I forgot to add when putting in my order, rather than assuming, to make sure we got the right thing. He had his favorites, hot chocolate and cheese danish! There are 3 Starbucks within a block here. I'm so glad I chose the one I did. 5*experience!!

Don't like making things about race but I am now. I love how I come in and order my food, they tell me sandwiches are going to take a little while because they're backed up. Makes sense I can wait, but when the white people who come in and order after me get their drinks and food before me? Why is that? I don't want to think anything bad, but my mind goes straight to that. They didn't even have my name on my orders, they didn't call out anything I had to wait and check on my own to see if it was even ready. I understand being busy, I work in food and beverage too, but you can do better. I felt neglected and pushed aside. You'll probably read this and think nothing of it or that I'm exaggerating, but someone might feel the same as I did when I came inside.

Slowest line of any Starbucks I’ve ever been to! Multiple upon multiple occasions
