Mcdonald's - Mill Creek

This is a great McDs and is always full with folks eating. I usually go in to order a the drive up is slammed. My food was hot and fresh and gr he order takes are pleasant to delay with.

Worst curbside experience ever. I literally had to wait 15 minutes after which i entered the restaurant to ask why my curbside order is not delivered to the curbside parking spot. The manager responded back to me rudely saying that she had problems with the order tablet and asked me to show the order number. She then went inside to grab the order and just handed over. There did not seem any problem with the tablet and it only seemed that no one cared to deliver my order. The manager did not even care to apologize that the order was not delivered. Worst experience ever and incompetent manager/stuff. Never returning back.

We've been here a few times and most times have been pretty disappointing. They've messed up our orders several times and never respond to complaints. The last straw was when we got home and opened our food and found our large fry only 2/3 full with a big black hair wrapped up in it (see photo). I wrote to complain weeks ago and they never got back to me. We won't be returning to this location.

They get one star because the employees always smile and the food tastes like McDonald's food but the service is not even close to fast food. More like wait 15mins for your order. Today I got home to find my double quarters pounder meal was in fact a single and no fries came with it. Don't waste your time at this location

The new design is bizarre. Everything about it is backward from traditional fast food restaurants. You order your food yourself, but cannot get your own drink or condiments, the staff waits on you to bring out food and even take your tray, the new building play place is very lame compared to the old one. It is small inside. Very modern and minimalistic.
