China Garden - Mill Creek

There was absolutely no flavor in the B1 Mongolian Beef, it was plain and boring. The C12 Lemon Chicken also lacked taste and had undercooked breading. Even the fortune cookies were bland and the messages inside seemed passive-aggressive. Overall, I was very disappointed with the experience.

The crab Rangoon is disappointing as it lacks any crab meat, only filled with plain cream cheese. It was a waste of money. The lo mein and General Tso's chicken were decent, but not worth the high price.

I requested to have the sauce placed on the side rather than poured on the tofu, and I am very grateful to the delivery driver and food preparation team at China Garden for accommodating my request. The tofu was also delicious when paired with the steamed rice. Thank you so much.

The majority of the dinner was enjoyable, except for the fact that I ordered it spicy with 5 stars. Unfortunately, what I received was more like 1 star, which is disappointing.

I have been coming to this restaurant for years. I ordered the appetizer sampler, which was not cooked all the way through. The portions were a bit small, compared to what they used to be. The chicken was dry and the flavors seemed to be coming mostly from the oil, which needs to be changed. Overall, it was very expensive.
