A couple of years ago, my experience here left much to be de... read more I had Subway for lunch today, and I must say, the employee who assisted us, Kenneth, was fantastic. A couple of years ago, my experience here left much to be desired, as the service and food weren't impressive at all. However, my visit today was so positive that I plan to return, mainly due to the excellent service I received. It was quick, professional, and my sandwich was well-made. I also noticed that other customers were being treated well, and when Kenneth wasn't serving, he was busy slicing meat and preparing for future orders. Overall, a great experience!

I feel sorry for them. We live close by and know everyone and they all say the same thing. That's a real shame because that's the only reason I ever stop there, was because I could get a gluten-free sandwich. I always appreciated the extra effort to ensure my safety as a customer, and now to just discard it because it's inconvenient/ hard to manage really sucks. Have you ever tried one of your salads with meatballs on it? It is not good. Please bring back the gluten-free sandwich rolls. Also when I came in today, I had to wait several minutes with only one other couple ordering ahead of me, and didn't even get greeted walking in.I don't know what's happened, your store never used to be this way, but you need to get on top of this. Dietary restrictions: With more and more people needing gluten-free options, I really can't see why you have chosen to drop this menu item.
