Subway - Milford

The staff seems completely unaware. I ordered a kids' meal but only received a third of a footlong and no sides that were supposed to come with it. I was charged for a 6-inch sub. When I brought it up to the cashier, they argued that it was what it was. I felt completely ripped off. I ended up having to buy juice and chips for my daughter somewhere else. If I could give negative stars, I would.

The food is excellent, but I will be boycotting Subway as long as they continue operating in Russia amid the dreadful invasion of Ukraine.

This is my favorite Subway. They definitely train their employees well. Every time I order a sandwich, it’s made exactly to my liking here.

I travel all the way from New Haven to eat at this Subway, and it's worth it. The food here is consistently delicious, fresh, and beautifully presented. The restaurant is always clean, and the staff I've encountered—Diamond, Dasia (I hope I spelled her name right), and Ed—are exceptionally polite, quick, and knowledgeable. I will definitely be returning!

The service was prompt and the staff were very friendly.
