My father wanted to check this place as we have some local hunting, we go weekly, but never tried a restaurant that was in this building. I came with the family at 7PM on a Saturday) and it was quieter than I expected. They have a decent selection of hard alcohol and also a few beers on tap, their menu is simple, but offers a good choice. What User doesn't like about Rivermill Tavern:
There we were to eat lunch on Saturday. Fast and attentive staff (always a plus). Ordnete the Mill Burger asked to it as rare as possible (some places will rarely do it, others will only rarely or med) and the Mozzarella wedges. I was here several times. The atmosphere is welcoming, the food delicious (and they do what they can help in finding food safe for food allergies! And karaoke on Saturday nights is a lot of fun! Definitely a nice addition to the area.
As usual, our experience was great. Our server / bartender was attentive, the beer was freezing cold the food piping hot. I tried the French onion soup today. Good. My husband has the burger with onion rings. The rings had a perfect crunch and burger juice. We look forward to our next visit.
Service was great. Don't remember the blonde bartenders name, but we stopped in on a busy Saturday night, and she didn't miss a beat. Super attentive to the whole bar and all the tables. The food was great and came out quick. Will likely be stopping in here again
Nice place. I ordered maple habanero tenders. The sauce that they were tossed in was perfect. Friendly service and warm atmosphere. The menu is a bit pricy and I was surprised that no fries came with the tenders, but I would definitely recommend giving this place a try.
Great food and great atmosphere! The staff was attentive and nice. We got the house Nachos, which were delicious, the steak tips, which was a little done about BUT the taste was amazing, and the kids chicken tender.. and man Oh man these chicken tenders were amazing! Oh! And the French onion soup was so good that even my one-year-old son loved it! Win four stars because the steak tips were made good instead of medium-sized rare, and the facility is small.. but we will go back to DEFINITELY!
