Eventual... read more They say you get what you pay for, and that definitely rings true here. My daughter went to the reception and it took a while for anyone to notice her. Eventually, some young staff members did respond. We were short on cutlery, only having one spoon. The bed sheets definitely need a good bleaching, and the dining chairs could use a thorough cleaning. The overhead lights above the bed didn't work, and the TV was very small, although I did appreciate the handwritten note on it. On the plus side, the hot water was lovely and the air conditioning worked well. However, the beds were extremely uncomfortable; both of us left feeling like we had been squished like half-open pocket knives.
