We stopped at a McDonald's on our way to Minnesota from West Yellowstone today. I wouldn’t usually write a review for McDonald's, but I was impressed by the manager who was working there. It was lunchtime and quite busy, but she maintained a positive attitude and encouraged her team while helping with orders as we waited for our food. She even apologized for our wait, which wasn’t an issue at all. I just felt it was... View all feedback.
What Kimmy doesn't like about Mcdonald's:
As for kid-friendliness, their Happy Meals are still appealing, but they're quite pricey. I ended up spending over $10 for the last one I bought for my three-year-old grandson.
On a positive note, there is ample parking available for cars, trucks, and larger vehicles at the back of the lot. Also, they do provide wheelchair-accessible sidewalks and an electric door for convenience. View all feedback.
Cute little town. Really charming place. Be sure to do the business loop. Old time downtown district. Very quick break from driving on I 90.
I am 49 years old and this is barr-nunn the worst McDonald's I have ever been to. Absolutely atrocious I think they would do well to close this particular place down
Stopped in 7/5/23 early am. A young blond woman employee and a young male employee took turns verbally abusing the young man running the register. It took 10 minutes to get our 2 egg mcmuffins and during that time, they mocked him 3 or 4 times, even saying for all to hear: I thought you were an A student . They gave him no instructions, but mocked him for making mistakes. It was very uncomfortable for everyone. Food was fine. The two employees spent more time riding the kid than preparing our food, Sad. The couple ahead of us didn 't have their food by the time we got ours.
Get ready to wait. I didn’t read the other reviews until it was too late. Shockingly long wait. Stopping at a sit down restaurant would have been faster. The staff seem nice and competent, so there must be a deeper management and/or staffing level issue here. The wait is really crazy.
We stopped in here on our way to Billings ordered 4 sandwiches and 2 shakes. We ordered on the kiosk thing. Then we paid at the counter and took our seat. Then 19 minutes later a gal that was sweeping asked if we had got our food yet we said we had not. She went to the counter talked to someone in a yellow shirt then came back and said they are putting it on the tray now. So... 13 minutes later I had had enough and went up to the counter, no food tray in sight (no they were not busy) I then told the gentleman behind the counter (who was incredibly nice) in a wheelchair what had happened and that I just wanted a refund so we could be on our way. He had to call for the girl 3 TIMES, she finally came up didn 't even look at me just said What do you need? To the man he told her she still didn 't even acknowledge me handed me the money and said There! I suggest more management training or just get rid of that dark haired, super skinny one she is worthless and rude.
