Ambiente molto semplice, buona cucina la vecchia trattoria a conduzione famigliare

Lugar muy familiar, que te trata como uno más de la casa, muy amable y atento, hacer el esfuerzo para entenderte si no hablas italiano, repetiría sin duda!

Staying at the IH hotel close by I was struggling to find a restaurant within easy walking distance. After a Google search I came across this restaurant and came here every night during my stay in Milan. It’s so out of the way I was amazed they got any trade at all but going on the clientele I guess locals come here especially. The proprietor was very welcoming. I don’t speak Italian so he went out of his way to help me choose a dish from the menu. There was always a touch of humour to make you feel relaxed and welcome. By the last night I felt like a friend. The food was excellent. Every meal was superb and freshly cooked. The tiramisu was the best I have tasted. By the last night he was suggesting a dessert I would like freshly made that day. If you are a big group I suggest booking in advance as on the last night (Friday) he was having to turn large parties away. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.

Great little trattoria. . Visited on 3 of the 4 nights we were in Milan. A warm welcome on every occasion. Great patience explaining the daily specials which were written in Italian. Very reasonably priced and good wine at a reasonable price. Food on all occasions was excellent. All the staff are warm and friendly and Giovanni is a great fun loving chap. I can truly recommend this little jewel of a restaurant.
