Friendly helpful staff. Beautifully presented savoury and sweet pastries/cakes and great coffee. Plenty of seating outside and a couple of bars inside. Became our regular breakfast venue while in Milan after fruit and wake-up coffee at the hotel.

I had to w... read more I got the chocolate-dipped granola bar, a disc of dark chocolate sprinkled with hazelnuts and a nutty truffle. Absolutely melt-in-your-mouth amazing. I had to wait for a bit for counter service but I now I can see why! The cakes other customers ordered look phenomenal.

Despite only being in Milan for a few days, I visited Sugar twice!! Staff are...extremely friendly and attentive and therefore Sugar is the perfect place to share and enjoy an afternoon tea/coffee with friends......Enjoy!!
