They d... read more I visited this cafeteria/bar for beers a couple of times and found it to be hassle free. Service with a smile and complementary nuts and crisps provided. They do offer food but I didn't try anything although everything looked really good and prices were fair. A large bottle of beer was only 4 euros which is pretty cheap for Milan. On one night it was really busy as some of the locals were in there just to watch a football match and it was interesting to people watch. It is a bit basic but if you want waiter service and candles then plenty of other places offer that this appears to be a traditional bar/cafe with no sign of tourists when I was there. Situated within 2/3 minutes of central station this is an inexpensive place to visit and more genuine than some others.

All fresh and... read more After a train ride from Milan to a fast sandwich and we had to wait half an hour for our apartment. We ordered a sandwich, side salad and coffee. All fresh and quick. The staff was very friendly, the coffee was great. For about 15 euros, coffee is really cheap, I have decided to pay about 1.5 euros for it. Popular with locals with coffee. Definitely more than we thought it would be. Worth a visit.
