One of my friends received his food in about a 15-20 minu... read more So I came with my Friends 1/1-2020. It was a normal amount of guests, the restaurant was well staffed. One of my friends received his food in about a 15-20 minutes even tho my boyfriend ordered the same dish his food came about 20 minutes later than that. Everyone of us received our food in different times. I waited almost one hour before I received my food at this time all of my friends had already eaten their food. Also we asked the staff about 3-4 times about when my food will arrived and they totally ignored. Even when my friend said ”this was really bad service” the waitress just ignored. So, if you want to enjoy a meal in company, this is not the place to go.

The service needs some significant improvements unfortunately. Its a shame the restaurant dont read and act on the TripAdvisor comments, because I have read other reviews of people experiencing exactly the same as we did... however it clearly isn't changing. The service is not over friendly.... however the problem is the efficiency. It is very slow. We had to ask for the menu.... then ask again for the drinks..... and had a very long wait for the food to arrive. I hope this element improves because the food was great and I would still recommend... (just dont go if your in a hurry! :
