Coming from San Francisco I wasn’t sure as to what to expect from an Italian sushi restaurant but I was pleasantly surprised. The nigiri was excellent in both the quality of rice and fish. stood out. The sashimi was solid. The only aspect of the dish I didn’t enjoy fully was the shrimp which still had the head fully attached which made me use my hands which I wasn’t exactly a fan of. But otherwise great lunch

A complete, refined, and relaxed experience: more than just a dinner, it was a true experience. Memorable dishes like the wagyu shabu-shabu, the belly sashimi, and the various pieces of sushi served directly by the master's hands. The service was perfectly timed, and the owner was able to guide you throughout the dinner with warmth and great expertise. The price was in line with excellent standards. Try it, you won't regret it.
