This chocolate/coffeetry has become one of my places of heart the staff is friendly, helpful and always kind; their chocolate has a full and wrapping goto, as well as coffee. and the bicerin (coffee with chocolate) is something special!

What I loved most about this place (besides the chocolate ofcourse was the lady who worked there. She was so friendly! And the package of the chocolate was so pretty, too. Overall, a great place to buy some chocolate for souvenirs. It is a bit more expensive, but hey, it is also a bit more special. ;

If you don't want unfashionable tourists then these are the staff to have disinterested, snobby and verging on rude. The ice cream was lovely we had liquorize but she made it quite clear we were not the type of customer she wanted offering no guidance or assistance. I would like to highlight generally overweight people like myself like chocolate but with her attitude I left empty handed.
