The menu included a spread of sandwiches, salads... read more While shopping at La Rinascente, we had a quick lunch at De Santis. It is a bar on the top floor of the store. The menu included a spread of sandwiches, salads and desserts. Wine was also available. I chose a sandwich called Rinascente with roast beef, cheese and fresh tomatoes. For dessert I had a tart topped with fresh berries. Food was good, especially the cake, and the prices reasonable. Service was quick.

A little on the pricey side and slightly small also.... but for the location this is totally expected. I would deifnately call again for a sandwich, lots more intereting choices on the menu I would like to try!

It's at the top floor of the bustling Rinascente department store which was super crowded with people when we went there. My husband and I both had paninis and they were very good. However, the service was very slow. We waited about 15 minutes just to put our order in. Also, you have to pay at a cashier and the line to pay took another 15 minutes or so. This was on a Friday afternoon.
