We are talking about a place in Via Bligny, eating in a street full of places, with a complicated competition to face. A place that offers a kitchen that is very far from the classic traditional cuisine that we are used, but that, reading between the lines, has some very interesting nuances that somehow brought me home. Maybe because the cook is originally from Campania, maybe because the staff is so friendly that you feel right now, maybe because the ingredients used are really perfectly treated. I tasted the dishes, I have an idea and I saw the big picture: at @chemonamilano you eat really well. On the picture one of the dishes that hit me most due to the complexity of execution and technique. A dish that you could also order in a classic Japanese restaurant, but that you could only eat in places like this. From individual vegetables to roast scallops, cooked to perfection. I leave with a really pleasant memory, with the desire and conviction that I want to go back. #foodlifegood

Spent €60 for two, without sweets. ...but the menu is very interesting, not ordinary at all. I have to say really good. A nice experience, but I don 't know if I would do it again because of the shopping not every day. However, you are at a good starting point!
