Very interesting concept, heard many times of butcher restaurants where you pick the meat you like and then they cook it for it. Mediocre processing of good raw materials. salty food; the chicory in the pan was infallible, and we indicated it well. one of the waiters was accelerated, on an occasion he took off a plate by dropping the bread crumbs greased on us, after a while he took the dishes without because for him we were finished. prices above average, 12 euros for 4 half bruschette with lard. the worst thing remains cooking meat; in a place like this, you expect to eat in a temple of the breach, unfortunately, as all the staff, also the cook is inexperienced. The steaks were filled with coal pieces, as in the photo after I tried to clean mine with the knife. this happens because the grill is not brushed to every cooking. Moreover, the meat goto, instead of being roasted was of wood, because it was not given the time necessary to the coal to burn before it to cook in the grill. all this to say that the wrong kitchen, in addition to being harmful to health (cancerogena,) loses the taste to meat. A big failure!
Mystical experience! the meat chosen by the counter is cooked according to your indications, ruthless steak bombs or other, we tried to try almost everything and we discovered that everything was excellent! cooking was just like we asked! sweet of the house with rice and good and original cream. Moreover the boy to the cashier also took advantage of a good percentage, I can only recommend it!
Restaurant not too big but with fantastic meat if you are meat lovers this is the right place. the beautiful thing and that the meat you choose to butcher shop that works day and the wines on the shelf with exposed price. we ate very well and paid the right staff was definitely a place worth testing again. they said they have good desserts to try.
I can't wait for them to reopen because a grid like theirs is impossible to find elsewhere!
Very good, we were last night Dec. 19 2018. we were 12 people we started with cuts of meats then follow mixed grilled and to finish coasted and Florentine. all watered by great wine 8 bottles. spent 600 or more euros you deserve. we return: it is simple and welcoming as the staff.
