As a family of six, we found it frustrating to be charged $1.99 for a child-sized cup of water. I had bottles of water in my car and would have brought them had I known. In total, we ended up paying $9.00 for four waters. No thanks, we won't be returning. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time or money here. View all feedback.
The day after Thanksgiving, we visited Huddle House for breakfast, but it was quite busy. We found the only empty table, which had not been cleaned from the previous guests. After sitting there for 15 minutes without anyone coming to assist us or clean the table, we decided to leave. Meanwhile, the waitresses were gathered together, chatting, eating, and scrolling on their phones. This was our second visit in a month with no service; the last time we came for dinner when there were only a few customers, and the waitress was outside in the parking lot, talking to a man and smoking a cigarette.
This restaurant has really declined in quality. We waited to be seated, which was fine at first, but no one attended to us, so we eventually settled down at a dirty table. After waiting ten minutes, I had to get up to find someone to clean it. Once we finally had a clean table, we waited an hour and a half for our food, which never arrived. Instead, we were asked if we needed a receipt for meals we never received. This place has lost focus; it seems they care more about sitting behind the register for ten to fifteen minutes and refilling coffee than taking care of the customers. There were literally six or seven staff members working, yet I noticed that everyone who came in after us was served promptly while we were ignored. I believe I was quite patient, yet not one employee seemed concerned. When I spoke to a lady behind the counter, all I got back was a shrug and a simple "I'm sorry." So, thank you for the experience.

I was the manager of this establishment for 12 years and Shanae was my replacement and I can not be more proud of how she has worked so hard to climb the mountains that this business has! It is a very great feeling to know she works so desperately forher people and the corporation she is now working for. They must learn to treat her experience and dedication as an assetbecause she is not recognized for her true heart and soul into this, losing time with her family and having to cancel familyplans to run it. They will soon wish they had listened to her needs and recognition ??
The food is outstanding and a lot of it. Classic menu and wonderful servers who cater to your every need. If you find yourself in Milan Tennessee... you must stop by and have a meal. You will not regret it. Big fan.
