What User doesn't like about Il In Piazza Duomo:
we have made online booking. we arrived on time, but no table was available on the terrace for us. the waitress told us we need to eat inside with online reservation. So we choose to stay outside with just a few tapas instead of the right meal. the drinks and tapas were good, but very expensive. 2 bellinis and 2 raviolis for 50 euro. we had to share one table with others. will not go again. Place to break tourists zero quality and also unclear in the indications for reservations and in the menu there are always surprises of additional payments
I booked and confirmed for two people online with a special request message, but when we arrived you let us know that my reservation was not on the list . I felt really embarrassed, I had booked for my pregnant girlfriend's birthday, imagine I did that day in front of her. We waited about 30 minutes to receive the menu sheet under cold, in my request during the reservation I requested a closed place inside, and 30 more for the first dishes. We had to cancel the desert because we were no longer a cell.

The restaurant was closed ... which is quite unpleasant when you book a table ... was reserved for a private event.........
Long wait. Chaotic atmosphere. Positions too close and dirty.
