The staff were very attentive... read more I’m so happy to have found this restaurant! It’s in a great area, right across from the acrimboldi theatre and the food was great! The staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Although the interior is small, it wasn’t cramped and I felt like we had a lot of privacy. The food was incredible and I can’t wait to go back!

The philosophy behind this location is to offer both food and drinks as well as cocktails that have an original twist. I enjoyed a family dinner where the real surprise was the coconut dessert which I would not have taken had it not be highly recommended by the staff! Will go back for sure!

It’s not a risotto, more like boiled rice, exceedingly dry and completely tasteless. Presumably the “chef” didn’t taste it before it was served; actually, it was so dried out it had probably been made the day before. I have no idea why my friends didn’t send it back; I would have. I had a snack which included three types of hummus which were different colours but all tasteless in the same way. I think Flow needs to review its food offering in a big way. Disappointing.
