The sta... read more I have been frequenting this restaurant since it opened in 2014. This is an excellent restaurant, serving high quality Japanese food with unique dishes. The staff, very kind and helpful, puts customers at ease and is attentive to every request and extremely professional. The environment is sophisticated, elegant and at the same time warm and welcoming. The special Uramaki are highly recommended, but I suggest trying each of their specialties. If you know Japanese cuisine you will find a valid reference in Italy and if, however, you want to try a new experience of oriental cuisine this is truly the right place. Absolutely recommended.
