The fries were not hot, my burger without bun was lettu... read more I went thru drive thru later at night and was unhappy. The roast beef was thick, unflavorful, and gross. The fries were not hot, my burger without bun was lettuce wrapped when I asked it not be, and was told I could not get tots when I used to work at a Hardee's and it takes no more work to drop tots than fries. When I called to complain I was unable to do it the following day so did it the next and I was told that if I would have called the very next day that they would have done something to compensate but wouldn't now. I complained and called bull when she finally said she'd compensate 1 meal. A lot to go through for not much. Don't really recommend.
