Great place with a chill vibe to have a few drinks.

Drinks are pricier than most in the honch but pretty decent. You can control the music. Good for groups to hang out.

If you know what's best for you, then don't go here. Shore patrol is all over this place. It is currently under surveillance by the base. There are other bars that 100% better than this one. Stay away from this bar. Don't say that I didn't warn you guys.

I always have a great time at Tonyz Bar. Excellent service and wonderful staff. The music is usually hip hop/rap but request can be made. Get there early!

¥1000 hookah with free replacement coals, ¥500 draft beer, good music. Can't really ask for more from a bar.
