Star quality vegan and not vegan cuisine! we are pleased that the cook and his team have transformed the old menu in mostly plant-based dishes. each dish on the... read more Star quality vegan and not vegan cuisine! we are pleased that the cook and his team have transformed the old menu in mostly plant-based dishes. each dish on the menu comes with another texture and components. it is not easy to perform this refinement to this standard for vegan eating. but team flore is committed and successful! we hope that the cook at this high level will continue to make healthy vegan food without using processed elements. it is perfect as it should be now! many thanks for the hidden surprises in taste in their various dressed!

I enjoyed the sweet with fermented butter and fasan with aligot. can not wait to visit the restaurant and have full experience

Rather than operating on the usual sittings, you can pick any time to arrive so the experience is quite personalised. Only issue we had was the service got a bit slow near the end when the restaurant got busier. The restaurant provided us with the menu at the end but it wouldve been nice to be able to see the menu at the start. My partner got the wine pairing and I had non alcoholic... my advice is not to go for the non alcoholic pairing, stick witb normal juice or sparkling drinks lol. We also got a small bottle of dill oil at the end.

This is love... this is art ... this is unique! The food is delicious! But it's a teamwork at bord'eau ... The service is perfect! They are so nice , friendy and totally professional...
