Virgen De La Peqa - Mijas

Simple food and dishes but adequate for lunch and sensibly priced. Tapas dishes small and all come with chips but was ok. Allergens highlighted by each dish. Staff understand English and able to advise. Children’s food does not come with any salad or veg. Lovely outdoor seating area with parasols. Toilet facilities adequate.

The chairs were dirty. Sticky arms. The waitress brought out a tray with drinks for us snd others. As she handed my husband his beer she knocked my glass of wine which made some of it come out of the glass and down her. She put my glass in front of me and didn’t offer to add some more wine to make up for the loss. we ordered beef which was like eating a piece of leather. The waiter slapped down dessert menu.

Unfriendly service, good lication, food tapas mediocre. €22.25 for 1.5 beers, 4 small ! pre prepared plates you get what you pay for.

The area is very well, in the center of the square. take note and eat a little slow. but the food is good and the rations suitable to share between an Argentine or Chilean waiter very friendly and attentive.

Awful unwelcoming staff, terrible atmosphere. Looked at you with contempt, will never step foot in this awful place again !!!!!!
