My boyfriend grew up in Mifflintown, so he's been eating here all his life. It was my first time. We were going to get pizza, but he suggested the stromboli, and I'm so glad he did!! We got the large so that we could take some home, and it was the BEST stromboli I ever had!! Our waitress was really nice and accommodating as well. I'll be moving to the area soon, and this will be a regular stop for us. Thank you, and... View all feedback.
What Mary Klaus doesn't like about The Original Italian Pizza Tyson Hill:
Whole lotta bread nothing in-between. Skimpy on sauce cheese. Why both ? I mean, I've had to eat here bc that's what coworkers wanted. Every time I try something else. My 3rd time, even my chicken fingers were all bread. I feel bad for this business their just trying to eck out a living cost of foods prolly so high that they have to serve poor quality short everything. Very good people, so I diffently don't feel bad... View all feedback.
Went there before the sprint car race food was good
Very poor service. We were told to sit anywhere so that’s what we did. While waiting 20+ minutes with no waitress- a few other people came and sat after us. Finally we asked politely if there was a waitress- the lady went and got our waitress from the back but we were the last ones to put an order in because she stopped at all the front tables first. She didn’t give us straws for drinks- we had to ask for silverware and napkins. One of the kiddos ordered Alfredo and asked for alfredo sauce on the side which she did get but we weren’t told it would cost almost $4 for a little cup of Alfredo sauce. One of the other kids asked for ranch and we got charged extra for that too! We will not go there again.
Got a turkey sub had about 1-2 thin slices of meat. Had to look hard to see it. All I could taste was lettuce. Used to love your subs but very disappointed.
Pizza is amazingly good. Service staff was horrible. I actually wanted to order more but ..... yea nope, nevermind
The lasagna was the worst l ever had. It was basically half a lasagna noodle broke into pieces with a bowl full of sauce and melted mozzarella on top. It was more of a lasagna dip for the bread. The sauce wasn't horrible until I found a long slimy leaf possibly a piece of spinach in it. If you were out of lasagna, please just tell your customers you're out. If this is normally how you serve your lasagna, it shouldn't be called lasagna just because you broke pieces of a lasagna noodle, call it lasagna dip or soup. This was my first time here and won't be going back.
