Contribute FeedbackPasta Vino is very special. There is a set menu, nothing to choose from. When you arrive, you have no idea what you will eat. The chef is Italian, quite a character, but extremely friendly - and so is his German wife who basically does all the serving. They are extremely interested in high quality food, with very good ingredients and with things that grow in the season - no strawberries in winter here. Yes, Past Vino is quite expensive - and getting more and more expensive. slowly reaching a limit - but it's worth it. The food is excellent, prepared in a very loving and original way. The restaurant is very small which gives it sort of a homey atmosphere. You are greeted with hugs, you feel like a friend coming for dinner.Pasta Vino is open only a few days a week which is a great pity. I also wish they might offer lunch - maybe two or three different pastas to choose from. Many guests would be happy.
